Comment Time for them to start looking for new jobs, then. (Score -1) 91

If these workers talking to the Guardian really exist (and the Guardian has a track record of making things up), they should probably start looking for work that suits them better.

Or better still, let them set up a company and run it using the practices they wish to force onto Amazon, and show us all how successful it would be.

The linked article is a long piece of denialism.

The piece Bode is refuting says EU networks are "strained and suffering from a lack of investment and innovation".

Bode pretends it says, instead, that "European networks have fallen apart". Arguing against something the other person never said is normally a sign that one is on shaky ground.

Net "neutrality" is an ideological goal, not a practical one. Its supporters just can't get over the fact that the internet works great without it, just as it always has.

The people did indeed vote the Tories, and have been doing so for the last decade.

The DPA was perfectly adequate. It did what we need, and avoided the overreach and unforeseen side-effects of GDPR.

Having a legislature able to make laws isn't a "disaster". The alternative is a non-democratic state, of the kind we in the UK keep rejecting.

Democracy isn't "volatile". Your language betrays your fear of other people.
