May be it is not too much. But if you are spending much more than is needed t is a waste of money. Moreover. If yo want to control and impose conditions and at the same time make other people pay more than is needed it is a bad thing for everybody.
Monopolies tends to make services unsussually expensive. And goverments begin with 16$ millions here, 20 millions theres... and never stop wasting... so there is US deficit.
