16 square meters is way more than 172 square feet. Now judging that the conversions seem to be in parens I would take the 16 square meters to be correct - that would be over 2700 square feet.
It isn't easy being the parent of a six-year-old. However, it's a pretty small price to pay for having somebody around the house who understands computers.
