The DUH factor!
I recently attended the MySQL Users Conference in Orlando they where kind enough to provide wireless internet access for the attendees. For curiosity sake I browsed the network and sure enough a handful of people had file sharing turned on. This is fine... but in my browsing I found that very little of the users had a password to protect their computer leaving everything vulnerable and well open.
