The thing that most geeks don't take into consideration is the "Can my grandmother use this?" What good is a world of software and open systems if the person who is trying to use it, can't even figure out how to adjust the volume? Linux and Microsoft just can't seem to wrap their head around this concept. I think it's actually a huge step forward!
