hmm. Process documentation is hard. Displaying it and using it, etc, is the easy part. The hardest part, as mentioned, is finding it. The second hardest part is writing it. Most any wiki would help. Simple interface, not wysiwyg, typically. I like to use confluence as my wiki because my users like it.
