The funny thing is that there is already a solution to their problem out there.
Raptor Networks Technologies already has their ethernet switches in a bunch of places and have (so far) proven that their distributed network technology runs circles around Cisco's (and others) centralized architecture and costs even less. They could probably keep up with the needs of these data centers. I've spoken to guys who use their hardware and they all say 'wow.' This sounds like a perfect network for Raptor's hardware. Anyone else ran into it?
