Not backwards; just trivial (Score 1)

It should be obvious that cell growth results in improved or renewed brain power. It would have been more interesting to know how to maximize cell growth while still indulging in everything that life has to offer; or perhaps the degree to which cell growth varies across different organ / muscle tissue in response to various lifestyle choices.
