Time and again, we have heard about the impact technology is making in the way governments make decisions or pass laws. But is there is concrete trend of having technologists in public policy or administration? How many folks with degrees in Computer Science/Electronics/ Tele-Commnucations do take up post graduate degree in Public policy or administration? What is the level of research in this area. From my brief research it seems that CMU offer the best combination or dual degree, but surprisin
