Submission + - SPAM: Does this work? (Decryption and padding to replace hashing) 2

vitalmixofnutrients writes: If I have say, an OS image, add 512 bits of padding (all 0s) to the beginning of it, encrypt it, then, when I decrypt it with a verification key which could be public (not signing key which is intended to be private), if all 512 bits are 0, then it boots verified, otherwise, it fails. There's a 1 / 2^512 chance a random signing key that isn't the actual signing key happens to be right. This is because I heard that hash collisions aren't that difficult to create.

Downside: Nevermind, only say, an OS kernel with or without signed modules has to be decrypted every boot with this algorithm.

Maybe I could get a scholarship with this idea? (I dedicate this idea to the Public Domain.)

Submission + - SPAM: Did Putin invade because he misinterpreted Ukraineâ(TM)s Anthem?

vitalmixofnutrients writes: Did Putin invade because he misinterpreted Ukraine's National Anthem?

A sentence in the Ukrainian National Anthem:

âoeOur souls and our bodies we will put on the line, to defend our freedom.â

He probably thought that Ukraine is a âoesoulless nationâ.

My two cents.

Submission + - SPAM: Why I'm quitting the internet for good.

vitalmixofnutrients writes: I can use Intranets, and I setup Do Not Disturb to filter texts and calls from anyone other than my contacts into a Pandora's Box.

Why? Because I'm censored and gangstalked and my mail is frequently stolen and my transactions deleted and my bank account pin code changed not by me and when I'm not censored, I'm treated like I'm always lying.

I'll just work and code as a hobby with my offline or intranet(s) connected computer.

Submission + - SPAM: What hardware is fully public domain for storing programs and key(s)? 2

vitalmixofnutrients writes: I want to boot my main pc and have it wait to run homomorphic encryption with a program that it receives from fully public domain hardware that stores that program and one or more keys.

If it doesnâ(TM)t compute the homomorphic encryption correctly or refuses to do it, thatâ(TM)ll be fine, because Iâ(TM)ll outsource embarrassingly parallel workloads to my homomorphic encryption running machines that may or may not be secure.

Iâ(TM)ll also think of a way to check the results for correctness in a way that is less time and / or resource consuming as computing it without homomorphic encryption.

Submission + - SPAM: Statist Software Foundation, Because Only Public Domain Licenses Aren't Statist 1

vitalmixofnutrients writes: Voting: Using the State to âoechangeâ the State. Copyleft: Using the State to âoechangeâ Copyright Law.

It looks like the State loves those who try to change the State using the State, which is quite hilarious.

Copyleft software licenses and permissive software licenses require the State to enforce them. Public Domain software licenses or just not having any license file because you donâ(TM)t believe in that Statist bullshit doesnâ(TM)t require the State to enforce them.

When will the âoeFreeâ Software Foundation either give up on enforcing all of its Statist software licenses or go bankrupt?

Submission + - Is the Universe's only law of physics that everything must be zero sum? (ycombinator.com)

vitalmixofnutrients writes: Before this universe, there was a previous universe, which had a previous universe, etc. After this universe, is a next universe, which will have a next universe, etc.

The previous universe over time got into a heat death wherein all of the atoms of the universe became part of one Bose Einstein condensate.

However, not all of the atoms became part of the Bose Einstein condensate at the same time.

When the last atom that was not a part of the Bose Einstein condensate became part of Bose Einstein condensate, the Big Bang happened precisely in that atomâ(TM)s spot.

Why? Because the Universe said âoeBy having all of my atoms be in perfect equilibrium, you took from me my chaos. Thus, you benefited, and I lost. Now, I must benefit and you must lose. *Big Bang*â

This also means that there exists only one universe, and this also means that yes, there exists a center to the universe.

Which means, that the the only law of physics is that the universe is always zero sum.
