Is it possible to trade with players from other realms via this cross-realm instances? Possibly players could even schedule a meeting in the lesser frequented instances.

Outside of conjured? No.

Only conjured items and loot dropped in a dungeon for which other party members are eligible can be traded between players from different realms.

Comment Gamer's Financial Loss (Score 0) 550

Beyond the denial of entertainment, the suit also contends that Sony's actions have caused visually impaired gamers a financial loss. Because Sony runs an official auction site where gamers can sell their in-game items for real money, the suit says Stern's inability to participate in that marketplace is costing him money.

Is the auction system flash based? How is this different from eBay or Amazon?

There was a time when music was sold as sheet music. Somehow Joplin was making a $100,000 a week in the 1920's, even though it's fairly trivial to simply hand-copy someone-else's work.

Everything changed when it became possible to make a profit by making a single illegal copy of something.

Assuming it takes 30 minutes for one person to hand-copy a single copy of sheet music, and they worked around the clock, that's 336 copies a week, or $297.62 a copy.

If that single copy isn't profitable, then I'm doing something wrong.

He might have left the soil (the story says he was already aboard the ship), but shouldn't the dock count?

Which means it is likely he was in internal waters (description here) [...]

RTFL you provided in your own post. 200 nautical miles off of a national border is international waters. A docked boat isn't in international waters.

The selling point for all the versions would be the same, "Buy me, buy me, I'm not Vista."

What's wrong with this though? It's standard practice that when companies release a new version, they tell you how much better it is than the previous version.

Most companies don't say "I'm not as sucky as the last version." They say "Remember how good the last version was?"
