Ah, i too once worked for PTD, until about a month ago that is. Lets put it this way....lets hope you dont need tech support. Its gone wayyyy down hill from what is was when i started up there.
It isn't easy being the parent of a six-year-old. However, it's a pretty small price to pay for having somebody around the house who understands computers.
