European web market is catching up with the US. According to what Dawn Patrol says, what's enabling the European regions to start becoming low risk environments to do high risk things in, is the ascension of a class of entrepreneurs that have had success. Tech Crunch reported: "Luxembourg-based Wikio, Europe's best hope against Digg, Google News and Technorati (it is sort of a mashup of all three), has closed a 4 million ($5.3 million) Series A round of financing."
