A lot of these jobs may simply move to India. Companies are already building global capability centres (GCCs) there, and making it harder to bring skilled workers to the US gives them another reason to move the work overseas. Some people here argue that the next step should be to ban offshoring. But the US spent decades promoting globalisation, and American companies benefited enormously from access to customers and markets around the world. It’s inconsistent to welcome global revenue while insisting that the jobs supported by that revenue belong exclusively to Americans. If there’s fraud, investigate it and enforce the rules. But restricting immigration doesn’t automatically preserve domestic jobs. The capitalism and market economy the US championed may deliver an inconvenient outcome: companies moving the jobs to where they can hire the people they need.

In India banks have to do all due diligence before money is sent out,once sent they cannot claw back unless they have a cout order... All this due diligence has to be done within that few hours...

Same here but the banks are able to speak to each other and actually make sure the money is there within 6 hours between any banks/branches within the country
