Couple of points for you. 1. The comparison between graphics will always be subjective. I've seen the game running on the Xbox, and I can't tell the difference. 2. You can play online with the PS2 version. Just because it's not Xbox "Live", doesn't mean that it doesn't play online. 3. There are tricks that you learn in BO2 that aren't shown/taught you in BO3. Some of these can give you a distinct advantage in some parts of the game. I won't get into a "My console..." slanging match - life's too short. Hope this clarifies a few things. :)
