He didn't follow anything resembling best practices that every single guide or tutorial would recommend to a newcomer. He had an entirely custom security setup on a cloud server, etc. Any Joe Blow who buys a hardware signing device and writes their seed phrase on a piece of paper or carves it into steel would be in infinitely better shape than Luke.
