The ISP that I have, which is the only broadband ISP in my area, does not support dual stack; I have to choose between IPv6 outgoing (with a firewall that prevents incoming connections) or full IPv4. I would have to move to a business contract to unlock full IPv4 + IPv6 dual stack. But business contract price is more than double. I cannot move to a slow DSL provider neither, because I want to keep seeing Netflix. So no, not everyone can afford to migrate to IPv6.

I control my two Philips bulbs I received as gift with HomeAssistant. It also supports HomeKit and I can turn them on/off and adjust brightness with Siri. My bulbs are basic and do not have any other function: thatâ(TM)s all. Zigbee2mqtt is another option that also supports Philips Hue bulbs.

AWS lambda still does not have outbound IPv6 support and Vodafone, the largest telecom in Europe and my only choice other than DSL or satellite where I live, still does not know how to provide a full dual IPv4+IPv6 stack and forces me to keep an IPv4 only stack. Otherwise, I do not have public IPv4 address and firewall is reset every night, converting it into a âoebrowser-onlyâ internet connection.

In Germany, there are a lot of charging ports in the streets. You get free parking and cheap electricity, so they are convenient. But Tesla has the charge port setup in such way that I can only use half of the slots. German cars can use all those slots. Also, I cannot charge the car inside my garage because of the same reason: I have to park outside of the garage to charge it. You see, different country, different circumstances, different optimal designs.
