Without trying to claim anti- or pro-climate change(or even human-caused) if 5 of the Soloman Islands are now flooded due to sea level rise, how much acreage has Hawaii lost? I mean Hawaii is an island chain AND one of the 50 states so it is "closer to home" than the Solomon Islands. Is there any documented evidence--that I am allowed to read for myself--showing Hawaii has lost ground to the sea?

the bird's neck supports the bird's beak in the same way that a Martial Artist's fist strike is supported by the elbow, shoulder and back and hips and legs and feet. The elbow, shoulder and back joints may not be directly connected to the hand--and therefore the fist--but without these very important joints, would the fist be able to have any power? without the rest of the joints working together the hand--or beak--would be useless by it self. I long for and fear the day that robotics engineers will understand this concept and build a robot that can start power generation from the "opposite" side of the robot and by channeling it through multiple joints add to the original power making the final result devastating. Thank you Creator, although not born on this planet--and therefore alien--for understanding these things and having the wisdom to make us figure them--and everything else--out on our own.

Since we are talking hypothetical impacts. To me, it sounds like this will have a direct impact on the perceived "Rape Culture" that I keep hearing that is happening on our campuses? If young guys are choosing pr0n and video games over RL girls, what is the impact? It sounds to me like POWNING each other online is more important than doing it in RL. Add that to the debunking of previous studies that showed a relationship between online violence and RL violence--and yet still repeated by elected officials--I see no issue.
