At first I thought it showed how a guy gets more and more inebriated and how it affects his view of girl he's trying to pick up late at night, but then I realized that the series should run in a reverse order...
(Seriously, it looks like some sort of an educational ad by the local alcohol monopoly, Alko. In the lower right corner it says that "It looks bad if you drink when you're a minor").
