...or yesterday, or tomorrow...
I have some injuries that need to heal. They won't get healed if I don't rest. I hate taking unscheduled breaks. Grrmf...
What makes all of this suck even more, is that I've gained a few kilos due to all the stress and depression I've had to deal with the past few weeks. Not being able to go to the gym and get rid of these extra kilos, plus the kilos I need to lose, really sucks

Don't worry. Having a break only makes the training feel much better later on when you're fully recovered.
As you might remember, I recently had a two weeks break from the gym and it was only this Tuesday that I got back on the program. I did a full body gym workout (just to wake my body up) that was light on legs and I don't know if I've had a better workout than that - ever. Today the legs felt good as well. That's true. I'm just going stir-crazy though. Not fun ;-)
As for creatine, I'm not using creatine now, but I have used it before. I didn't gain that much weight on it; 3 kg max. And it went away in a week when I was done with the cycle. I guess I'm stuck eating less for a while :-)

injured my ankle two days ago and so i have to take a break until at least monday i reckon...sucks but just means I'll be that much more into it when I can start up again...but I want to go now!
