It's the thing to do. My wife took me out for mine on Saturday night. My birthday is tomorrow. (Monday) Ours wasn't that fancy but it was very nice. We had a great time and finished up with coffee as well.

I am, as of today, 39 years old. My last year in the thirties. Fortunately I haven't felt an urge to wear lots of gold jewelery or by a sports car yet.

I am right now picturing a penguin satiated after a bucket of herring [linux.gr]. ;-) My ring of fat was very pleased yesterday too. "Only" a three course meal, but at "Mommies"... Her ledgendary french fries (I know, it's probably hard to understand for an English speaker why that's so special, but she's Belgian [belgianfries.com])...
