We had snow back in October or November for about two or three days. Then it warmed up a bit. No snow again until Tuesday night. This weather is actually insane for Cleveland. We ALWAYS have snow on Christmas (except for 1982 I think when it was about 70F at night).
I moved from SE Virginia to the DC area last Saturday...was over 70 degrees. In JANUARY. 1st time I've moved without snow and ice, was rather pleasant.
Was 19 degrees when I left for work this morning, but still no snow. We kept telling the kids there would be snow at the new house, they are still waiting.
I think the Western US got everyone's winter this year.
This has been one of the wilder winters I remember in Western Washington and I think Colorado has gotten enough snow this year to last them for a few years.
In fact I just bought a winter duvet, and it's way too warm. Sweaty nights are meant to mean something else... Still, if it ever gets cold, I'll be prepared.
At this rate, we'll be speaking not of Summer and Winter, but of the dry and the rainy season. Oh well.
It should snow here tonight (Score:1)
