So with the hardware [Dvorak] keyboards, you'd keep the pc set up to use qwerty, and it gets it right in the Bios etc?
Exactly. And it gets it right on devices that don't have layout preferences (PlayStation3??) or for which one doesn't have permission to change the layout preference.
