When I find many unpopped kernals, it's usually
evidence of dryness. Try a teaspoon of water
for a cup of unpopped corn. Put it in a tight
container and shake untill no wetness is visible
on the corn. Wait a few days for the water to
get more uniformly distributed within the kernals.
--Then try popping it -- much fewer unpopped kernals!
My main difficuly has been finding varieties
that taste very good.
