Submission + - ThinkGeek in potential trademark violation (boingboing.net)

Blackdognight writes: BoingBoing is reporting that the National Pork Board has filed a formal cease and desist order against ThinkGeek based on the phrasing of their recent April fools product "radiant Foarms Canned Unicorn Meat." Apparently ThinkGeek's use of the tag line "the new white meat." was a little too close to the Pork Board's "the other white meat" trademark.
