travist120's Journal: Got it to work... a week ago.

I finally got my Sidekick to work. Oh the beauty of it all! Of course, I got it to work about a week ago, I just been having so much fun with it that I forgot to post that I did indeed fix it. It turns out I was supposed to press the menu button + l and then it worked. You can imagine the anger that was boiled deep below me when I found that out! But all is well and worth it I guess. I recently upgraded the mini SD card that came with it from a measly 64mb to a mediocre 512mb. Let me tell you, if you get a sidekick then definantly step up the memory. I also went to office depot and got me a bluetooth wireless headset. Of course I didn't need it, but I still loved the idea that you can talk without hands or wires. Now of course, I am guessing that even the travelling business man gets some odd looks when out of nowhere you start talking to yourself. What makes it even worse is the fact that my hair is so long that it completely covers the module its self, thus making everybody think that I just escaped from the loony bin. Oh and by the way, I typed this entire thing on my sidekick 3 while listening to Linkin Park's cd "Hybrid Theory"
What an amazing phone.
