Linux might make the Digital Education Revolution (Score 1)

The federal government didn't budget for much more than just the computers with its Digital Education Revolution <http://www.tomw.net.au/blog/2008/10/digital-education-revolution-not.html>. So open source software might help the state government stretch the budget a bit further.
