If you run djbdns, you don't need IXFR. You can rsync or scp the data file. IPV6 is a missing feature and I hope, now that the software is in the public domain, that someone fixes it.
The rule on staying alive as a program manager is to give 'em a number or give 'em a date, but never give 'em both at once.
