Microsoft has a long way to go on this before it can kill free software. If it does nip the Linux "threat" in the bud then we move to FreeBSD instead. Repeat until that $30Bn or so has been wasted on Lawyers fees and finally in 2030 we will have a MS free world!
In fact I'd advise you all to go to Law School right now as there is going to be plenty of work for you when you finish up!
