I've been reading his posts since '08, and you learn a wealth of information on polls, like house effects, difference between likely/registered voters, effects cellphone only households and the strategies of the campaigns. Honestly, even if he was off by 5 points and Romney won in a landslide, I'd still be reading his stuff next election.

I could definitely see ditching a gaming group over this. They've ditched the thin veneer of role playing D&D to pack in more of that grind-tastic mmorpg flavor.

Shadowrun is terrible, but no where this bad. Heck, Talisman is a better RPG.
