The government that couldn't build a database (Score 1)

The Department of Homeland Security has spent millions (some reports have it as high as 100 million) to build a database that will share terror information. So far they have nothing that even works in a Beta state much less a working program. And we're supposed to be shocked that these folks can be hacked.
