Intranets are supposed to improve productivity and performance, but apparently they are just making things worse.

Pretty cool, actually. He was using PowerPoint 2002 (I know, I know) to put together a couple of presentations related to NFL Blitz, and other sports games, over the years and across the platforms.

Interesting local news item last night about a local school that has installed iris/retina scanning systems to control access to the school. Aside from the general issues related to biometric access control, there system to me seems to mostly just give the appearance of security.
