I would Linux skills alone :-| I was working on a project and was able to hire someone for $4/hr. to do a DNS network setup for me. The thing is the guy worked for a company here in the US - so - if he was willing to accept $4/hr. to do a DNS network setup, what were the people in the US paying him?

If the programmer is a good one, there should not be a ton of bugs in the first place. So, with that said, they should fix the bugs for at least a reduced cost. It is because of the reason why some (bad) programmers feel they should be paid top dollar for their mistakes why our jobs constantly get outsourced. It adds fuel to the fire that local talent is not competent.
