LineageOS is NOT google free out of the box. /e/ os is. AOSP, from which LineageOS pulls sources still has "call to google" parts (gps, dns, ntp, google synchronisation services..). Those parts when removed from LineageOS sources then becomes /e/ os. Source: https://e.foundation/wp-conten....
