Who was the one legislator that voted against going back to standard time?

I'm glad my local Books-A-Million hasn't become nearly as creative with their shelving titles. The "Teen" books have thankfully been separated from the "Sci-Fi/Fantasy" section, where I spend most of my time whenever I'm at BAM. I have to say, I feel sorry for you; the Sci-Fi/Fantasy section hasn't been swamped with nearly that many vampire books (as a matter of fact, it's a fair mix of science fiction and fantasy), except for a shelf or two of Charlaine Harris books, which are the respectable kind of vampire books.

On the one hand, I can see why the government did that, 'cause if I had to deal with these assholes who think that vaccines cause autism (you'd think that vaccines would have been tested beforehand for that, but maybe I'm putting too much trust in the companies who make the vaccines...), I'd feel it a real hassle, too. On the other hand, weren't those studies retracted? Sorry if I rambled for a bit there and/or if my post makes no logical sense.
