Journal: Out-of-control teens abuse toddler and then post a video

I was pretty shocked by this post which shows a video of a child huddling on the floor of a car while being slapped and prodded by her teenage guardians. The teenagers make jokes about the child being on drugs (I hope they were joking).

Scary stuff if you're a parent.
