What if I were getting raped and needed to call 911? Am I supposed to reboot the phone and just endure the assault while I wait 5 minutes for the phone to startup again? What if I get murdered? I find this completely unacceptable and I demand that a fix be released immediately or that all of these devices be recalled.

I've had a handful of times where I was unable to call out until after rebooting the phone. VERY INCONVENIENT!
