April fool! Obviously. It's not on Rueters, Bloomberg, BBC or Financial Times news. 13Bn dollar deal doesn't go down without someone noticing and writing about it (unless I'm ahead of the game for once!). And I doubt Warner have enough cash to pay at that point. Besides theres no business model to buy at Pirate bay.....
