Funny how this question yields this much conversation.

Just two weeks ago, i went and bought 1,5Tb disk for my home computer. Somehow it makes me smile, that i got it just before news of scarcity started appearing.
I've been thinking about which Sony WTF I will state as this year's epic WTF in my top 10. The candidate list is getting a bit too long. Security breach? Month and a half outage in services? Anti-lawsuit EULA? Punishment for consumers who buy used games? SE Xperia x10 mini not getting updates?
Instead of listing one of Sony's greatest hit in 2011's WTF-listings, i suggest we should list top ten of Sony Fails fot this year...
I just wish there would be gaming console that's manufacturer isn't straight from hell.
This would not happen to amazon, paypal or any other instance with 77 million users - with sensitive personal data.
I'm still hoping that it wasn't criminally motivated intrusion. There is still a tiny chance, that the one who did it was just proving a point.
Tried to play something last night, but it didn't feel the same any more. Might say that now i know how abused spouses feel.
And who'se moral do we take as standard in defining serious offences? Serious offence for some might be something completely different than what you and me consider serious.
If we use the law to define our morals, we must also keep in mind that some laws are just plain stupid.
