They actually have a whole assortment of devices. Suction bulbs, super absorbant tissues and verious other items to catch and "sop-up" that which escapes the puke bag. What makes the process even better is the fact that somewhere in the NASA budget is the 1.2 man-years of engenering all these goodies.
