Sales Force (Score 1)

IMOO, I think Sales Force (SF) rocks. Yes, it is quite not open source, I know that. Yet, I have yet so see a customer centric ecommerce framework solution that can out beat them. Per example, I'm stuck with a bug on Google that has yet to be resolved. I'm not swimming in tons of money, I'm able to be self sufficient and continue to help others. My 2 cents.
