The UK I'm sure is bidding to host a future world cup. Racist chants, violcence at games, no respect for ground staff and shining lasers in goal-keepers faces have no doubt not been missed by the authorities. If the UK doesn't take some kind of action, then its World Cup bid is under threat. This is about morals and business too.

Also - why is there no mention of other dimensions ? In higher or dimensions, geo-metric shapes exhibit entangement to their lower dimensions. Its not information moving faster than light - that is the 'appearance' in our observed dimensions ?
