Where does this leave spamhaus v. e360 though?
You mean 'e360 v Spamhaus', it's as good as dead since it got appealed last year and the court of appeals quashed it.
Never was much of a goer anyway since e360 filed in the wrong country so it had no effect on Spamhaus as they're not American.
