This is definitely a troll (Score 1)

The author of that page is a well known troll who wouldn't know a class from his posterior and has been willfully resistant to all efforts to educate him. He has rendered more than a couple of programming message boards all but unusable with his prodigious trolling and oo bashing. Best bet is to ignore him.
