Some banks (type A) look out accounts and detect unusual transactions, protecting the legitimate owner. Other banks (type C) don't. Type B banks stand somewhere in the mid-range.
Ok, were I be a criminal in money laundering (hey!, it's not the case ;) ), I would be interested in getting account details belonging to Type C banks. Type B would mean jeopardize the criminal business; Type A is a suicide.
