Comment Not Everything Is a Covid Casualty (Score 1) 34

Oh please — can we finally stop blaming every imaginable human struggle on Covid? The way the media talks, you’d think the virus turned the whole planet into a psychiatric ward overnight. Brains shrank, IQs collapsed, society unraveled — give me a break. Nothing changed for me except fewer flights and a piece of cloth on my face. I didn’t spiral into madness, I didn’t “age five years overnight,” and I certainly didn’t become a shell of my former self because of a lockdown and Netflix. This obsession with turning Covid into the universal scapegoat for every minor decline or inconvenience is just lazy. Maybe the real problem isn’t the virus — maybe it’s the constant need to catastrophize every damn thing for clicks and grant money.

Comment Doing it for years, love the results (Score 0) 62

I'm doing EMS since... 2015... and I have amazing results. It really works out muscle areas that are very hard to reach by conventional training. The sore muscles are insane afterwards but the results are worth it. It's especially great to burn body fat and tone your body. Not suited for actual bodybuilding. But if you combine it with regular gym it's the perfect combination. I can also eat whatever I want without gaining any body fat :-)
