Prevent leaking of confidential information!? Already the DPC requires that individual complainants identity be made known to the person or body for whom the complaint is made against. So, if the pervert next door trains a camera into your bedroom, or into your yard where your kids are playing, he is duly notified that he is being investigated for breaching the complainants privacy. Nothing about the DPC is to actually protect the individual, or their rights.

The kid cheated before. Once a cheat always a cheat. And if that's not the case, let that generalist view (of a cheater) be at the very least, the punishment for cheating in the first place and without discrimination of age, race or creed. People seem a bit confused, but would you like to be in competition with a cheater? Do you think it would be fair? Do you think a cheater should have "a second chance"? How many "second chances" or "proof" was provided for the many times they have cheated since?

All missing the big picture here. Nuclear energy is only safe while somebody is manning the station. It requires peace in our times, without the threat of natural disaster or geopolitical conflict, in order to be "safe". Period. The solution to our energy needs is less. Not more. Doesn't take a genius.
