I was a telocity customer, sadly, for about six months more than i wanted to be - long after i canceled my service they decided they liked me too much to let me stop paying, and although i talked to more than half a dozen happy telocity customer service employees, none of them ever wanted to actually STOP my account, though it hadn't been used in months. i finally wrote an amazingly evil and chiseled letter threatening legal action, and i think i've stopped being billed. but good lord, if dsl companies are nuts, telocity's the one bobbing and drooling in the corner.
