...but she wont have to rack up another $100,000+ in lawyer fees atleast. I believe this is the best chance she's got right now (not only because he's the only one to step forward and help for free). 1)He seems to be a bright with a quick learning curve 2)Probably as a better understanding of the technology he's getting involved seeings he has a C.S. background as apposed to her previous lawyer. 3)(most important of all)I'm sure he realizes this could really make his firm HUGE if he comes up with a win. So yes, free work, but a BIGGGG upside to dedicating all of his time to the case. [Youngest lawyer to send the RIAA back trembling?? ..we can only hope]

Best coding possible is done in the bathroom. How much more comfortable can you be than on the man-throne. More often than not most of my "EURIKA!" moments happen when I take a quick bathroom break away from the problem. Yeah the cubical at work gets the job done most of the time, but rest assured when thereâ(TM)s a problem I can't work out at the desk the solution is 99% the time resolved by the time I finish a bathroom break. Thus the bathroom is the perfect "Coding happy place", comfortable and relieving side note: full-time programming may not be best suited in the bathroom and would probably be frowned upon in a general business environment.

It would be cool to have something like demolition man where the car fills with foam. I'm not sure if it would work in real life but someone should try it.

Foam is alright, but I always thought bubble wrap would be the solution, not to mention you'd be able to pop it while you wait for the accident report to get all filled out.
