I believe this is the best chance she's got right now (not only because he's the only one to step forward and help for free).
1)He seems to be a bright with a quick learning curve
2)Probably as a better understanding of the technology he's getting involved seeings he has a C.S. background as apposed to her previous lawyer.
3)(most important of all)I'm sure he realizes this could really make his firm HUGE if he comes up with a win. So yes, free work, but a BIGGGG upside to dedicating all of his time to the case. [Youngest lawyer to send the RIAA back trembling?? ..we can only hope]
