Windows client with support for MSSQL.
Linux cli client. This is extra cost though, windows servers included.
Annoying daily "all good" email reports that can't be set to trigger on fault.
You'll need to look into things like; own key, encrypt before backup as by default the online file browser shows all files so it probably doesn't, etc.
Seems reliable for me but perhaps not as secure as OP wants.
